Deadline
The GLS label must be created and used for shipping within 5 working days.
Required proof
After sending, send us a photo of the label or a receipt of submission in the Kaufland ticket system. Without this document, we cannot process the return and you remain responsible for the payment.
Condition
If you are returning the goods within 14 days. Please return the product unused, undamaged and securely packaged (ideally in the original packaging).
Defect
In the event of technical problems or damage, write us a brief description (including photos) so that we can handle the complaint correctly.
Damage during transport
If the product arrived broken from the courier, do not send it back yet. First send us photos of the damage so that we can resolve it with the carrier.
